How to consume it:
1. Take the desired amount of uni out on a seperate tray/leaf and place on a bed of ice to maintain the freshness. (Uni melts easily)
2. Eat whichever way you prefer: Sashimi, Sushi, Chawanmusi, Chirashi Don, Pasta etc.
Storage Method: Highly recommend to consume within 3 days. For optimal freshness, store in the innermost section of your refrigerator to maintain a stable temperature.

Freezing and thawing an item that was delivered fresh and chilled. AND/OR Thawing an item past the recommended storage duration.
