Shipping Policy
Self-Collection (if applicable)
If you've missed your self-collection date, please contact us at 86682866to fix your next appointment. For self-collection of Uni Sashimi, it is specified in the product description. If you have missed your collection, please contact us to arrange your collection the following day as soon as possible, as the Uni Sashimi will be discarded after 3 days of no show due to its perishable nature. Please note that all uncollected orders will be forfeited without a refund after 3 days from your stated self-collection date.

As our products are 90% frozen/chilled, please kindly ensure someone is home to receive them. This is to prevent food contamination if the product is left outside your home for more than 15 minutes. In the event where the delivery personnel fails to contact anyone at home, they will text/call you for other possible arrangements. Do note that there will be an additional cost of $10.50 for redelivery.

For redeliveries, we will not be liable for any changes in quality of any perishable air-flown/chilled item that was flown in for your initial delivery date and delivered on a later date. Hence, complaints or feedback on the said item shall not be entertained.

For express delivery, you will have to arrange your courier (Lalamove & Grab only) during operating hours should stock be available. Please note that we will not be liable for any missing items, damages, thawed or any lapses in quality of the products once it leaves our warehouse. On our end, we will pack all orders in insulated bags and provide every driver with proper instruction to dispatch deliveries with utmost care.

Please note that (Express Delivery) Lalamove/courier pick-up collections can only be done on weekdays, subject to availability. Please kindly contact us before making any arrangement.

If there are any unavailable items at the warehouse, we will notify you and the amount of the unavailable items will be refunded via your original mode of payment.
Return & Exchange Policy
At SG Palate (Singapore Golden Palate), we aspire to bring you the finest ingredients at the best value-for-money prices. Your shopping and cooking experience is our priority. Various fine-dining restaurants are using some of our product and we believe that serves as a testament of the quality and freshness of our products.

There is strictly no refunds in cash or credit if you have changed the original state of the product or pass it's recommended storage duration. I.E. Freezing and thawing an item that was delivered fresh and chilled and/or thawing an item past the recommended storage duration. There shall be no dispute if reports of product spoilage is not done within 12 hours of receiving the order.

Perishable goods such as Uni, Caviar cannot be returned. * Air-flown items, once processed and ordered cannot be refunded, but may be converted to store credit on a case-by-case basis.

All refunds that are not in credits will be refunded via bank transfer or PayNow only. Only regular priced items may be refunded while all promotional/sale deal or items will not be refunded. SG palate reserves all right to decide on refunds/exchange on case by case basis.
