How to consume it:
1. Take the desired amount of uni out on a seperate tray/leaf and place on a bed of ice to maintain the freshness. (Uni melts easily)
2. Eat whichever way you prefer: Sashimi, Sushi, Chawanmusi, Chirashi Don, Pasta etc.
Storage Method:Highly recommend to consume within 3 days as sashimi, maximum of 5 days if you're adding it to dishes. For optimal freshness, store in the innermost section of your refrigerator to maintain a stable temperature.

There is strictly no refunds in cash or credit if you have changed the original state of the product or past the recommended storage duration. I.E. Freezing and thawing an item that was delivered fresh and chilled. AND/OR Thawing an item past the recommended storage duration. Failure to report spoilage within 12 hours of receiving the order will be at the loss of the consumer.
For missing or unsatisfactory items, please email us within 12 hours from the start of your delivery time slot and a picture of the product, and we will work with you to make it right or issue you a credit.
