On contrary to most belief, Murasaki Uni is actually more premium than Bafun and mostly used during omakase. It is less brighter and mustard in color. It has a clean, and mildly sweet taste, creamy with very subtle bitter notes. Best consume as sashimi/sushi due to its size and distinct flavor.

How to consume it:

1. Take the desired amount of uni out on a seperate tray/leaf and place on a bed of ice to maintain the freshness. (Uni melts easily)

2. Eat whichever way you prefer: Sashimi, Sushi, etc. for toppings or cooking purposes we will recommend Bafun Uni instead!
