How to consume it:

1. Take the desired amount of uni out on a seperate tray/leaf and place on a bed of ice to maintain the freshness. (Uni melts easily)

2. Eat whichever way you prefer: Sashimi, Sushi, Chawanmushi, Pasta and many more.
